Downloading FastQTL

Hereafter, the different versions of FastQTL.

Version Description
v2.165 (Binary + Examples for Linux) Binary of the first version released to the public. It includes functions to perform a nominal pass of association and permutations. Source code will be made available upon publication. If it doesn't work on your machine, please contact olivier.delaneau@gmail.com to request a version compiled on a different machine.
v2.165 (Binary + Examples for MacOS > 10.6) Binary of the first version released to the public. It includes functions to perform a nominal pass of association and permutations. v2.184 (Binary + Source + Examples for Linux) Binary of the second version released to the public. It includes a new column in the output file : the slope of the linear regression. Source code is now available! Source code is located in the src folder. Instructions to compile the code can be found in the next section or in the INSTALL file provided with the tarball. Otherwise, a static binary is till available in the bin folder.

Installing FastQTL

In the bin folder is a static binary that should work on most machines. If not, you can re-compile FastQTL following the following steps. First, few libraries are needed:

Once all libraries installed, just go in the FastQTL folder and compile the code using:

make

This creates a binary of the program in the bin folder nammed fastQTL.
